Description
The whimsical red ponytail holder featuring a dog lying in between tulips is hand painted on an enamel stainless steel base. I used plasma arc welding to fasten the French barrette (the authentic Made in France brand) at the back. I can customize it for you. It can be made in any color and I can draw on it or write anything on it. Just send me a convo to discuss your plans!
